Can my prescription costs be added to my nursing home bill?
Prescriptions filled by the Meds2Home program are considered an outpatient pharmacy service and cannot be added to your nursing home bill. Instead Vantage Care Apothecary will directly bill your prescription to your insurance provider.

Will Meds2Home Program cost me money?
Meds2Home Program is a free service that includes delivery. You are only responsible for co-pay(s) required by your insurance carrier as you normally would at any retail pharmacy.

What types of payments are accepted for prescriptions?
Vantage Care Apothecary will accept checks and credits cards. We are unable to accept cash payments.

How do I sign up for Meds2Home?

Can I continue to use Vantage Care Apothecary once I am home?
Unfortunately, we only service nursing home facilities at this time and are only able to provide you with a one-time 30 day supply of your discharge medications.

Can I have my medications delivered to my home?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver your medications to your room before you transition to your home.
